Features of Ext PILE

As a product that increases the bearing capacity by extending the tip of the high-strength concrete pile, Ext-PHC PILE (Extended Revolution)’ is more economical than steel pipe piles or RCD (Reverse Circulation Drill) piles. It allows you to avoid overdesigning by maximizing the dramatic cost reduction effect and shortening the construction period, and it is manufactured as a finished product, thereby increasing the safety of the site. ‘Ext Pile’ is a representative new concept product of IS Dongseo that has introduced the concept of technical service and realized ‘Non-Stop Service’ from pile manufacturing to design construction and quality control for the first time in the industry.

Features of ICP (Infilled Composite PHC)

As a synthetic pile mainly used in civil works such as bridge retaining walls and roads, it is a pile using a construction method that can minimize material cost, construction cost, and cost by reinforcing the existing PHC piles, which have weak horizontal resistance, with shear reinforcing bars, and filling the inside of the pile with concrete to increase the resistance to horizontal and bending stresses.

ㆍSecuring bending strength safety factor of 4.0 or higher and shear strength safety factor of 3.0 or higher

ㆍApplicable fields: Bridge, construction, plant foundation, harbor, retaining wall, soundproof wall foundation

UCCM-B(Ultra-high strength Concrete Cetrifugal Molding–Beam)

UCCM-B (Ultra-high strength Concrete Cetrifugal Molding-Beam) is a long-span precast beam used in building structures such as tunnels, superstructures of rainwater storage tanks, or warehouses. It is a carbon-reduced structural member with high watertightness and durability using centrifugal molding concrete with a design strength of 100 MPa.

  • • High-strength centrifugal concrete application (100MPa↑)
  • • Shared various connection methods with columns, walls, etc.
  • • Uniform quality performance of concrete structures and improved durability through centrifugal compaction
  • • Lightweight through centrifugal forming (high-strength, hollow part)
  • • Shortened construction period: Installation possible after 3 days of production
  • • Carbon reduction effect due to reduced amount of binding material compared to existing PC beams
