Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of service users when using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by the website (hereinafter referred to as the “site”) operated by IS Dongseo.
Article 2 (Definition)
“Site” refers to a virtual business place set by IS Dongseo so that the service can be used by using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide certain services to users.
“User” refers to a user who accesses the “site” and uses services provided by the “site” in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Article 3 (Statement and Revision of Terms and Conditions)
The "site" posts the contents of these terms and conditions, company name, business location, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) on the service screen so that users can know.
The "site" may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc., the Act on Door-to-door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act.
When the "site" revises the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision shall be specified and notified along with the current terms and conditions on the initial screen of the "site" from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.
When the "site" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the provisions of the terms and conditions before the revision apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends his/her message to the "site" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions pursuant to Paragraph 3 that he/she wants to be subject to the provisions of the terms and conditions, and receives the consent of the "site", the provisions of the revised terms and conditions are applied.
Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Guidelines for Electronic Exchange Consumer Protection and related laws or commercial practices established by the government.
Article 4 (Establishment of Service Use Agreement)
The service use contract of the "site" is established when the user expresses his/her intention to agree to these terms and conditions, applies for the use of the service, and accepts the use of the "site".
When a user wants to use the service of the site, the user shall provide personal information requested by the site.
The site does not accept applications for use of services that fall under any of the following:
A. When applying using someone else's name;
B. When the user does not apply under his/her real name;
C. When the contents of the service use contract application are false;
D When applying for the purpose of undermining social well-being and order or good morals;
E. If it is difficult to approve the use due to reasons attributable to the applicant for use
Article 5 (Service Use and Restrictions)
n principle, the services of the site are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special obstacle in the business or technology of the site.
In the event of periodic inspection, maintenance, replacement, breakdown, communication interruption, etc. of the information and communication system, the site may temporarily suspend the services.
In case of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 2, the site shall notify users through notices on the website and other pop-ups. However, this is not the case if prior notice is not possible due to service interruption caused by reasons beyond the control of the site.
Basically, services provided by the site are free. However, you can use information separately marked as ‘paid’ only after paying the fee specified in the information.
The user shall not use the information obtained by using the "site" for profit-making purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the "site" or allow a third party to use it.
The "site" is not responsible for any damages to the user in connection with the use of the service for which the service fee is free.
Article 6 (Suspension of Service)
In the event of inspection, maintenance, replacement, breakdown, communication interruption, etc. of the information and communication facilities such as computers, the site may temporarily suspend the services.
In the event of periodic inspection, maintenance, replacement, breakdown, communication interruption, etc. of the information and communication system, the site may temporarily suspend the services.
In the case of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, the "site" shall notify the user in the manner set by it.
Article 7 (Personal Information Protection)
When collecting users' information, the "site" collects the minimum information necessary for suggestions and fraud reporting from suppliers. The following items are required and others are optional:
A. Suggestions from suppliers
-Personal Information: Company, name, mobile phone, email, and other information about the request
B. Fraud reporting
-Personal information (when reporting in real name): Name, mobile phone number, e-mail, and other information about the request
When collecting personal information that can be used to identify a user, the "site" shall obtain the consent of the user.
The provided personal information may not be used for any other purpose or provided to a third party without the user's consent, and the "site" shall bear all the responsibilities, except for the following cases:
When providing the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) necessary for the implementation of the service provided by the "site"
When providing the information in a form that may not identify a specific individual as it is necessary for statistical preparation, academic research, or market research
When the "site" needs to obtain the user's consent pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3, it shall specify and notify in advance matters specified in Article 16 (3) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc. such as identity of the personal information manager (affiliation, name, phone number and other contact information), purpose of collection and use of information, and matters related to the provision of information to third parties (recipient, purpose of provision and content of information to be provided), and the user may withdraw this consent at any time.
A user may request to view and correct errors in his/her personal information possessed by the “site” at any time, and the “site” is obliged to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, the "site" shall not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
The "site" or a third party who has received personal information from it shall destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information has been achieved.
Article 8 (Obligations of the "Site")
The "site" shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
The "site" shall have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet services safely.
The "site" shall not send advertising e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want.
Article 9 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not conduct the following:
Registration of false information when applying or changing
Change of information posted on the "site"
Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information set by the “site”
Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the "site" and other third parties
Acts that defame the “site” or other third parties or interfere with business
Acts that disclose or post obscene or violent messages, images, voices, and other information that goes against public order and morals on the "site"
Article 10 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the "site" belong to the "site".
The user shall not use the information obtained by using the "site" for profit-making purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the "site" or allow a third party to use it.
Article 11 (Dispute Settlement)
The "site" takes care of complaints and opinions submitted by users on the preferential basis. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the reason and schedule will be immediately notified to the user.
Disputes between the “site” and users may be subject to mediation by the E-Commerce Mediation Committee established in accordance with Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree.
Article 12 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
Litigation related to electronic transaction disputes between the “site” and users shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Korean law.
