Direction for Ethical Management

Recognizing the risks of domestic laws and international ethical standards being strengthened along with responsibilities as a corporate citizen, IS Dongseo is striving to make ethical management a daily life for employees. We provide all executives and employees with standards for judging illegal and compliance behaviors and provide education to all executives and employees to prevent misconduct in advance. We are strengthening our will to participate in ethical management by carrying out an ethical compliance pledge in accordance with the 'IS Dongseo Code of Conduct' for all executives and employees. Through these efforts, IS Dongseo aims to become an ethical company based on principles and trust.

Creating an ethical management culture and strengthening the system

We aim to increase employees' interest in ethical management and improve the image of an ethical company externally. Accordingly, we provide continuous ethics education to all executives and employees every year. Additionally, in order to contribute to the creation of an ethical management culture at the supply chain level, we request a pledge to comply with ethical management when concluding a contract with our partners.Through this, we aim to create a transparent and healthy supply chain.

Strengthening audit activities

For fair and ethical management activities, we are conducting regular audits, quarterly audits, and special audits based on the annual audit plan. These activities improved the work system and the quality of audit work, and strengthened the ethical awareness of employees.
